In case of discrepancy, the original Italian version of the “Regolamento di Servizio – Termini e Condizioni” prevails.
Booking and Ticket Purchase Procedures
Users may purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction.
Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is completed with payment.
The ticket purchase is finalized upon completion of the registration form and successful payment.
Once payment has been completed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the reservation.
Ticket Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard), following the provisions set out in the online purchase procedures.
Purchase Confirmation
If the payment is successful, the system displays a purchase confirmation, indicating the transaction ID code.
At the end of the payment process, the user will receive a confirmation email indicating the type of tickets purchased, the price paid, and the method for collecting the tickets.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that, since the Contract concerns the provision of leisure services to be supplied by the Organiser on a specific date, the right of withdrawal provided for by Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code does not apply to the Contract, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code. The Customer therefore cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the purchase of admission tickets.
Refunds
In the event of a user’s cancellation or an incorrect purchase, no refund of the ticket price is provided. No refund is provided for tickets that were purchased but not collected.
Once confirmed, reservations cannot be modified.
